HaPpY, hApPy Canada Day, eh!

Today is an especially great day to be a Canadian, to Celebrate this wonderful country that I was fortunate enough to be born in, and am blessed now to share with so many people. We visited Waterton Lakes International Peace Park, located just over an hour's drive from our home in Lethbridge. So much we saw, the people we met there, the landscape, the wildflowers, and wildlife. Simply a magnificent day. As the world faces such division and turmoil around us it is timely and important to reflect upon our peace and freedoms here. Couer de Pirate said it so eloquently on CBC's Music Festival. It was echoed again as we watched Canada Day Fete du Canada Celebrations on the News. While this picture isn't terribly creative, it does the job; it says it all. We are truly blessed in their country. Happy 149th. Canada.
