ending an era, beginning...

Today, we have a sad day. Sandra's mom, Joan M Spencer passed away in Swift Current, SK. Here is what our son posted on social media, Facebook.

Well my Grandma Joan Spencer just passed away... I love you so much Grandma and I am so happy you got to see me get married last year. Say hi to Grandpa for me. You were such an amazing woman and I wish we could have spent more time together in the last few years. You will be missed by many family and friends... RIP Grandma Spencer

Yes she really enjoyed coming to your wedding and was so happy to get to dance with you and she loved your phone calls over the last few weeks. You were special to her as you were her family's namesake and she was just very proud of you and your family!

Rachelle Dwornik I am so happy I got to meet her and so glad she had such a great time. I'll always remember her dancing away like she was in her twenties again. I remember thinking how I would love to move like that when I get older. I wish I got to spend more time getting to know her but I will always cherish the moments we spent together.
